ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL + VENMO + GOOGLE PAY + ZELLE

Payments must be made in USD currency. Work will not be started until paid in full. Payment plans can be arranged for any transaction in sensible, equal amounts. Tips are not mandatory, but appreciated!

ONCE WORK HAS BEEN STARTED THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. However, if I have not started, you are entitled to a refund in full.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Initial contact may be made via email, casual third party websites commonly used for such work, social media platforms or applications. After receiving enough information from the client the artist will reply with a quote that is valid for the next 30 calendar days. Once an agreement is made, the work will start according to the estimated deadlines when payment has been received. Every commission will receive several Work-in-Progress (WIP) pictures during the process for client approval.

Clients may not distribute/sell/copy/post artwork unpaid for. Do not assume it is okay to do such against my wishes/without my knowledge. I hold copyright on all of my original artwork unless a previous contract is made before work on the commission is started. Permission to repost is ONLY given to people involved with the commission and only allowed if proper credit is given to me. Clients agree to let me use their commissioned artwork for examples of my past work in my portfolio as well as advertisements and speedpaints on my social media accounts (private commissions exempt from the latter).

The artist has the right to refuse any commission without explanation as well as the right to cancel and refund a commission under any circumstance. Clients do not have permission to post WIPs of canceled commissions. The artist has the right to be paid for any work completed on a commission, regardless of cancelation. This means the work is nonrefundable. Prices are not negotiable unless otherwise stated.

PRIVACY POLICY

I collect information from you when you complete a transaction with me, the service provider. The information is used to document that the transaction occurred as well as used in any relevant way, such as shipping items. I do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
